Adaptive Dance is a class designed specifically for children with developmental challenges who want to learn dance, yet may have difficulty participating in a traditional dance class. 

It is designed to bridge the gap between a general adaptive movement class (like ConfiDANCE), and a traditional dance class.  It uses a variety of techniques designed to educate and challenge children 7-12 (there is some flexibility to this age range, at the teacher’s discretion). 

Children will be introduced to a variety of dance styles including jazz, tap, and hip hop.  Parent participation is not required, but is always welcome.  A parent/caregiver must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the class.
